Benaiah is wonderful! If there were any issues, he was on top of them and implementing a fix right away! Even with Covid delays, he was still able to get us in our new home by Easter after a delayed start date of September 1, and all of my last minute add ons. Garage doors had a lead time of 9 months to get here so improvised by installing temp doors that allowed us to pass occupancy and get in. Thank you for everything and working through it all with us!! The hardest part of this review is figuring where to start! As I sit here typing this during our first week in our newly finished dream home, I think back to my first conversation with Benaiah: it was almost 2.5 years ago (April 2019). Like Ben mentioned in his post about our house, we did have some setbacks with land- starting with a crazy old lady that drug things out for almost a year but it did at least introduce us to a great young family who immediately referred us to Ben- the rest was history and rightfully so. Fast forward to viewing at least a dozen other properties, then COVID hits but we kept pushing forward and Ben was with us the whole time. We finally found a beautiful 10 acre lot with an amazing view and I’m still in disbelief we own this. Ben’s honest, trustworthy, and most importantly- loyal. We certainly had our ups and downs but once ground was broke it was nothing but positive when Ben and his team took over. We love that our home is completely custom and the quality has blown our minds. This is undoubtedly our forever home- we’re grateful to have had this opportunity and provide for our son (and baby on the way) to grow up here. We found a contractor that is second to none, but also made a good friend in the process. We’ve referred Pine Valley to some of our friends and colleagues so far and will continue to do so. Attention to Detail & Quality – Pine Valley spent a considerable amount of time making sure every step of the build process was being completed properly. Quality workmanship was evident throughout the home – inside and out. If something did not meet his expectations he made sure it was addressed.
Communication – We were satisfied with the communication we received in virtually every aspect of our home build. Specifically in areas of design phase, material selections, changes, schedules, etc. A good line of communication and having transparency is a critical aspect and cannot be overlooked when selecting a home builder.
